Not sure whether this is intentional, but if you leave an exhausted "Clarify"  section and then return and request further clarification, the counter for that item increases (but seemingly only by 1, no matter how many repeats) even though no new information is given.

Interesting - that may be due to the maximum level being set at 4 - on one that only had 3 access levels available.

Most likely a mistake on my end. Do you remember which Case / Category it was :)?

Was able to replicate it for them. It was intentional as it sparks dialogue regarding pressing deeper even when told there was no more information.
